1. The sensor mounting surface and the mounting base should be level and not skewed.

2. The level difference between the mutual mounting surfaces in the multi-load cell weighing system is less than 5mm. If the system's measurement accuracy is low (5/1000), it can be relaxed.

3. The sensor installation surface should be kept flat and clean, and there should be no glue film, burrs, sharp points, etc. on the installation surface.

4. The mounting surface base must be firm and maintain a certain thickness.

5. The base area of the mounting surface should be larger than the mounting area of the load cell.

6. When installing or replacing the sensor, select an appropriate torque wrench and adjust it to the torque requirement of the sensor.

7. For sensors that need to install washers, you need to put washers on the bolts before installation.

8. Before tightening the bolts, apply a little butter to prevent the bolts from rusting and facilitate disassembly and assembly.

9. It is strictly forbidden to lengthen or cut a certain part of the sensor cable at will in the multi-load cell weighing system.

10. In a single load cell weighing system, if the installation conditions permit, it is recommended not to lengthen or cut the sensor cable.

11. After the cable wire is connected to the junction box, the signal wire of each sensor should be connected to the position of the corresponding terminal. It is strictly forbidden to connect 2 or more cable signal wires to one terminal at the same time.

12. When installing the upper and lower connectors, they must be perpendicular to the load cell and not skewed.

13. The vertical and horizontal limit gaps must be adjusted in accordance with the installation instructions of the weighing equipment during installation and maintenance.

14. After the sensor wiring is completed, when part of the wiring hole of the junction box is not in use, use a plug to seal it to prevent moisture from entering the dust and the fastening bolts on the upper cover of the junction box loose.
