2. Zero point change caused by overload and eccentric load. In use, if the force application plane is not parallel to the supporting base surface, the eccentric load condition will be bad. Overload or eccentric load will cause a large plastic deformation in a certain part of the elastic body, the zero point will suddenly become larger, and the local stress will exceed the strength limit, which will cause damage to the sensor.
3. Zero point change caused by electromagnetic field interference. If the space electromagnetic field in the application site is suddenly impacted or changed, a considerable amount of induced electric potential is excited on the bridge network or signal transmission line, which will cause the sensor output to fluctuate.
Precautions for the use of load cell sensors:
1. The screen cover and the shell are grounded to ensure that the sensor itself has a stable zero potential;
2. It is forbidden to place heavy objects on the weighing platform for a long time to prevent the sensor from creeping;
3. Check the system frequently for irregularities;
4. The ground potential grounding should consider the change of the power equipment load and the influence of lightning.
