The weighing module is a new type of sensor application structure. It ensures the high precision and long-term stability of the shear beam sensor, and solves the problem of weighing errors caused by improper installation. Among them, the weighing module is composed of sensors, top plates, bottom plates, connectors, etc., which can easily and quickly transform tanks and other forms of containers into scales.
In order to ensure the performance of the industrial weighing module, it is not enough to simply consider how to choose the weighing sensor and weighing instrument. The load connection device of the sensor is also one of the important links in determining the weighing module; the performance of many weighing modules cannot reach The design requirements are often caused by unreasonable selection of loading and connecting devices. So below we will mainly share the application precautions of the weighing module in various weighing occasions:
1. In order to ensure that the loading action line of the loading link device coincides with the force axis of the sensor, and to overcome the influence of the tilt load and eccentric load introduced by the installation problem on the measurement performance, installation tooling should be used when necessary to ensure this;
2. If the weighing module is subjected to excessive horizontal and lateral impact during use, which will exceed the lateral force resistance or self-reset capability of the loading link device, consider designing or adding a special limit device in the loading connection device;
3. The weighing module that is severely impacted during the loading process should add an overload protection device or an overload protection structure in the loading connection device;
4. In order to prevent the large current from directly passing through the sensor body to damage the sensor, a current bypass device can be added to the loading connection device. The current bypass device made of braided copper wire should be selected, and the two ends of the loading connection device should be compressed with bolts. ;
5. The connection between the pull-type loading connection device and the scale body and the installation frame of the scale should be firm; the contact between the compression-type loading connection device and the installation foundation of the scale body should be smooth;
6. Application example of hopper weighing module and loading connection device: The use of 3 sensors to form a hopper scale can reduce the rigidity requirements of the hopper and the hopper installation frame, making the system installation and debugging convenient and easy to obtain results with high accuracy and good stability;
7. The main body of the industrial weighing module is mostly composed of a rigid structure, which will expand and contract due to temperature changes. For higher requirements, fixed, semi-floating and full-floating load connection devices can be used in combination.
