The tensile force sensor is based on the principle: the elastic body (elastic element, sensitive beam) produces elastic deformation under the action of external force, so that the resistance strain gauge (conversion element) pasted on its surface also deforms. After the resistance strain gauge is deformed, its The resistance value will change (increase or decrease), and then the resistance change will be converted into an electric signal (voltage or current) by the corresponding measuring circuit, thus completing the process of transforming the external force into an electric signal [1].

There are certain specifications for the range and division value of the electronic weighing instrument, and for the weighing system composed of the pull-pressure sensor, the range and division value can be set according to the needs within the allowable range of the instrument. The pull pressure sensor is easy to maintain. If the sensor is damaged, the support screw can be adjusted to lift the scale body, and the pull pressure sensor can be replaced without removing the pull pressure sensor. In addition, due to the simple structure of the tension and pressure sensor, the weighing system is composed of the tension and pressure sensor, and the investment is relatively small.
