In the heavy system, and the weighing sensor in the supporting system, what should we pay attention to when choosing? How should we choose the load cells in different weighing systems?
In actual use of the load cell, the weight of the scale body, vibration, shock, and partial load should be considered. Therefore, different weighing systems have different principles for selecting the range of load cells. In addition, the sensitivity of the load cell, the maximum number of divisions, and the small verification division value are also indicators that must be considered in the selection of the sensor.
In the selection of the weighing sensor range, it can be determined based on the comprehensive evaluation of the maximum weighing value of the scale, the number of selected sensors, the self-weight of the scale body, the large partial load that can be generated, and the dynamic load factors. First of all, the capacity of the selected load cell should be as close as possible to the value in the manufacturer’s standard product series. Otherwise, the non-standard sensor is not only expensive, but also difficult to replace after damage. Secondly, in the same weighing system, it is not It is allowed to choose loadometer sensors with different rated loads, otherwise, the system will not work normally. Furthermore, the so-called variable load refers to the actual load added to the load cell. If there is a multiplying or subtracting mechanism between the load cells from the weighing platform, its influence should be considered. The actual working environment will also affect the use of load cells.
