We know that the load cell is actually a sensing device that converts the quality signal into a measurable electrical signal output. The load cell is divided into 8 categories according to the conversion method, and it is widely used in the resistance strain type. For a load cell, the most important thing is whether its accuracy is reliable. So there must be no angle difference. So what is the angle difference phenomenon? Let me explain it for you.

Load a certain weight on the weighing platform and place the difference in different positions. As long as the ^ value of the difference is greater than or equal to an index value, we consider the scale to have an angular difference. If there is an angular difference, it will directly affect the accuracy of the load cell, but the influence of the angular difference on the accuracy of weighing has a certain degree of concealment, which is not easy for non-professionals to find. The user's weighing test is often done in the middle of the scale body. If the scale is accurate in the middle, the whole scale will be regarded as accurate. It is easy to ignore the angle difference, so that the error caused when the weight is not weighed in the middle of the scale body is difficult to find at that time.

The so-called angular difference is mainly due to the fact that the sensor consistency is not ideal when the sensor is shipped from the factory, coupled with the environmental factors in the field use and the limitation of installation methods, which brings imbalance problems to multiple sensors in parallel. In order to solve the above problems, a junction box must be selected to adjust the ratio of the sensitivity of the sensor to the output impedance of the sensor close to the same, so as to ensure the balance of the entire scale.
