1. Check whether the sensor capacity matches the load capacity, and all modules should bear the load evenly.
2. Adjust the level of each module to ensure that the deflection angle of the connection surface of each module in the length direction and width direction to the horizontal plane is not more than 0.5 degrees.
3. Install the alignment tool to ensure that the limit gap between the top plate and the sensor in the three directions meets the requirements of the drawing (this limit gap is not adjustable).
4. Slowly lower the container onto the module.
5. When adjusting the top plate of the module, if the deflection angle between the length and width of the top plate and the horizontal plane is greater than 0.5 degrees, a stainless steel gasket can be added between the top plate and its connecting surface.
6. The top plate, bottom plate and container of the module can be connected by bolts or welding.
7. If welding connection is adopted, the welding angle is 9.5mm, the weld length is 25.4mm, and the interval between welds is 50.8mm. Do not pass current through the sensor during welding.
8. After confirming that all the top and bottom plates are connected, slowly raise the scale body to take out the alignment tool, replace the connecting pieces, and fix the liner to the top plate with screws, and cover the small holes on the top plate.
9. Slowly lower the scale body and repeatedly lift it several times to ensure that the gap between the sensor and the limit bolt is correct.
10. After installing the junction box, the sensor cable should be able to be easily connected.
11. According to the cable color code, correctly connect the sensor cable and the junction box.
12. Connect the junction box and the instrument.
13. Ensure that the connection between the container and the conveying device is tight and flexible.
