1. 2. If the company-related customer business transactions involve one household with two or more customer company names, the salesperson must explain in the remarks column of the sales order and enter the business internal control system in time to avoid errors. If in doubt, promptly Communicate with the business back office and financial staff.

3. In the event of a customer return or exchange, the relevant salesperson must promptly notify the internal office of the business to handle the return and exchange, and deliver it to the financial staff on the same day, without delay.

4. The production department needs to provide the finance department with the quantity of finished products and the quantity of products in the current month before the end of each month to ensure the authenticity and accuracy and facilitate the smooth progress of the work of the finance department.
