What should be paid attention to when packaging the load cell?

Changzhou Hengtuo Electronic Weighing Apparatus Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer and seller of load cells. There are a large number of sensors to be sent to customers every day. Whether it is express delivery or logistics, the packaging of load cells is very particular. General points to note:

First, load cells with small dimensions are usually packed in small packaging boxes. There is a foil in the packaging box that meets the appearance characteristics of the load cell. In this case, the sensor is generally not easily damaged during transportation, so we can send it out with confidence as long as we add a large carton.
Second, sensors with large dimensions, especially non-standard products. This is a very headache. Because each sensor has an outlet hole, compared to the case of a large sensor, if the sensor is improperly packaged, the outlet of the sensor will be damaged first. It must be returned to the factory for repair after damage, so this is quite troublesome.
Third, if the distance is long and the mass of the sensor is large, a packing belt should be attached to the outer packing box of the sensor, so that it is foolproof.

Reminder: When we pack, we must choose a solid carton, and if necessary, we can choose a wooden box. Choose harder plastic foam for internal filling. Fix the load cell in the filling. It is better that the load cell does not shake when it reaches the swing package.
