1. Installation considerations
The foundation must be flat and meet the rigidity requirements, and the foundation must be at the same height, and the spacer must be used to ensure uniform force on the sensor.
(1) When welding the sensor, no current can pass. When welding the top plate, the ground wire should be connected to the scale body. When welding the bottom plate, the ground wire should be connected to the foundation to prevent damage to the sensor.
(2) If there is a conveying pipeline on the scale body, it should be replaced with a hose, or the connecting pipeline should be as long as possible to prevent them from eating the real load of the sensor and causing errors.
(3) Perform comprehensive calibration with weights and substitutes (with good accuracy). First use 10-20% of the weights for preliminary verification, and then add the substitutes and weights to the tank for verification until the full range is reached. After the object is weighed on another scale, it is moved into the tank as a standard weight for calibration.
(4) The junction box must be protected from moisture, and the excess holes should be plugged with sealing plugs. If the junction box is placed outdoors, a protective box must be added to prevent rain. In use, failures caused by moisture in the junction box often occur, so sufficient attention must be paid.
2. Precautions for maintenance of material filling weighing module
(1) If the module does not have a lifting bolt to protect the sensor, do not rush the tank to fall on the sensor, and use tooling to prevent
(2) Check and remove regularly to avoid accumulation of impurities on the tank, weighing module and junction box.
(3) Make sure that the scale body is floating, without mechanical contact, jamming, etc.
(4) Mechanical contact and jamming are the reasons for the inaccurate weighing of the tank. Please check this requirement regularly
(5) Any change in the mechanical structure of the tank may affect the accuracy of weighing.
(6) Check the connecting rods, limit rods and buffers, and leave enough clearance to avoid collisions.
(7) Check whether the junction box is sealed and whether the various wires are firmly connected.
(8) Whether there is moisture or foreign matter in or around the junction box.
