Types of static load weighing modules:

The dimensions of the top and bottom plates of each static load weighing module are the same. But there are three ways to connect the top plate and the sensor. As shown below:

Fixed module:The sensor and the top plate are connected by the sensor connecting column, and the connection will not produce any direction displacement. In the installation design, all rigid pipes and electrical connections should be placed near the fixed module for accurate weighing.

Semi-floating module:It is designed to prevent the container from affecting the weighing accuracy due to deformation. The top plate is allowed to move in the radial direction, and the movement in the tangential direction is restricted to prevent the scale body from rotating.

Floating module:The top plate is allowed to move in any direction, and the moving range is limited by the gap between the supporting bolt head and the counterbore.
