Precautions for the installation of the load cell in the hopper scale

Precautions when installing the load cell in the hopper scale:

1. Before installation, check whether each assembly part meets the requirements of the drawing, and there is no deformation or bumps in the whole (or parts) and instruments during transportation.

2. The foundation of the hopper scale should not be installed on a platform with vibration sources.

3. When installing the frame, pay attention to leveling the three sensor base plates in the same horizontal plane.

4. When the hopper is installed, the force must pass through the axis of the sensor, and its upper and lower end support methods must prevent the introduction of additional external force interference.

5. When installing the material door, make sure that the material door can be opened and closed freely without jamming.

6. The facilities of the control room and the circuit location for cable laying and installation should be carried out with reference to relevant technical requirements.

7. The bolts and limit blocks of the limit mechanism should be carefully adjusted to ensure a gap of about 2mm.
