Abstract:

At present, sensors are showing a trend of rapid development. The main technologies in the sensor field will be extended and improved on the existing basis. Enterprises will compete to accelerate the development and industrialization of new generation sensors, and competition will become increasingly fierce. ZLDS/N-100 is a non-contact high-precision optical displacement sensor with a range of 100 microns and a resolution of 15 nanometers. The initial measurement distance of the high-precision sensor is 3mm, which has a wide range of applications for the measured object, such as metal, semiconductor and glass. The sensor can be easily integrated with existing designs and has a large reference distance. The high-precision sensor can be equivalent to a high-resolution capacitive sensor. For fixed-point measurement, vibration measurement, surface profile measurement, ZLDS/N-100 is an ideal measurement tool.

Application areas:

It can be applied to the online detection of optical discs and hard disks, and can also be applied to the measurement of strong magnetic fields such as motors and surface profile measurement.

High resolution, can replace capacitive sensor;

It is not sensitive to electromagnetic field and can be used for vibration measurement of strong magnetic fields such as motors;

Broadband, high frequency vibrating body can be measured;

Low requirements on the surface of the tested object, and the reflectivity is 4～100% are available;

Support special range (such as long-distance starting 700mm, small range 300mm, etc.);

Resolution ^ high 0.01%, linearity ^ high 0.1%;
