The capacitive load cell has many structural forms. As long as the deformation of the elastic sensitive element causes the capacitance to change with the change of the applied mass, the capacitive load cell can be formed.

The upper and lower planes of the internal organs of the flat ring-shaped elastic element are respectively fixed with the fixed weight plate and the moving electrode plate of the capacitive sensor, when weighing. The elastic element deforms under force. Displacement of the moving electrode plate causes the capacitance of the sensor to change. When the frequency modulation circuit is connected, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator will change, and the frequency signal will be counted, coded, and transmitted to the display part.
