  According to the force characteristics of load cells in practical applications, load cells are divided into two types, static load weighing module and dynamic load weighing module.    However, the resistance strain weighing module in the electronic weighing system is based on this principle: the elastic body produces elastic deformation under the action of external force, so that the resistance strain gauge pasted on its surface also deforms. After the resistance strain gauge is deformed, its The resistance value will change, and then the resistance change will be converted into an electric signal by the corresponding measuring circuit, thus completing the process of transforming the external force into an electric signal. It can be seen that resistance strain gauges, elastomers and detection circuits are indispensable parts of resistance strain load cells. Take a typical chemical tank as an example, the weighing module installed at the bottom of the tank transmits the weight signal of the tank to the junction box. Each weighing module signal is connected in parallel in the junction box, and the angle difference can be adjusted according to the load condition of each weighing module, and the combined weight signal is sent to the weight transmitter. The weight transmitter processes the weight signal into the corresponding weight data and outputs it to the control system, so the load cell will be an indispensable component in any weighing field.
