1. Installation method of compression pull type load cell

Its advantage is: when the scale body or other equipment expands and contracts due to the influence of temperature and makes it deviate from the force center line, it can be used for horizontal displacement positioning, and the displacement is within ±5mm.
Therefore, the sensor can accept vertical force under any circumstances to ensure the accuracy of weighing.
2. It is the installation form of the fixed base sensor. Place the sensor in three fixed posts during installation. Therefore, it is required to be used in occasions where the temperature range is not large. Its advantage is that it can improve the stability of the scale body and is convenient for installation and debugging. When installing the load cell, you should also pay attention to:
1. The indenter should be made of 20mm thick chromium steel. The bottom surface of the indenter should be processed into a circular arc, and its radius should be more than two times the radius of the sensor dome, and it should be heat treated to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixing plate shall be made of No. 45 steel, its thickness shall not be less than 20mm, and the levelness during installation shall not exceed ±0.5°.

4. In order to prevent large current from flowing through the sensor, a short-circuit piece should be installed between the sensors to prevent accidental large current from flowing and burning it. Even so, it is better to remove the pressure sensor when welding is required, and install the load cell after a few tasks.
2. Installation method and precautions of pull-type load cell
This type of sensor generally has a smaller range, and is usually used more in the transformation of mechanical scales and electronic belt scales. Small-capacity hopper scales can also be applied. Due to the inconvenient installation and adjustment of pull-type sensors, it is not as widely used as compression load cells.
If the scale body is suspended by two or more pull-type load cells, be careful not to damage one of them due to the unstressed force while the other is too strong to exceed the rated load. Therefore, it is required that the incoming and outgoing materials be in the center of the scale body.
