When we select the load cell, the sensor manual will have many parameters to explain to us the performance of this sensor, including anti-interference, temperature drift, and accuracy.

There is a parameter called sensitivity, which is generally marked as follows: sensitivity, 2±0.002 (mv/v) This is an important performance index of the transmitter, of course, other indexes are also very important, but when we choose the sensor to use When, this indicator will directly affect the use. In fact, it means that when the sensor is subjected to a rated tension (if the full scale is 200KG, its rated tension is 200KG), when the excitation voltage (also called bridge voltage, input voltage) is 1v, Its two output terminals will have a pressure change of 2mv. Of course, the excitation voltage will be greater than 1v in actual work, generally 10v to 12v. If a 200KG sensor has a sensitivity of 2±0.002 (mv/v) and its excitation voltage is 10v, then under the action of a 200KG tension, the pressure change at the output end is 20mv. When we select sensors, three or four are used in parallel at the same time, and the sensitivity of each sensor must be the same before they can be used at the same time. If they are not the same, the entire scale will be inaccurate. Putting one thing on different places on the same scale will display different weights. If you need to find a sensor with the same sensitivity and range when replacing a damaged sensor, other indicators can be ignored. As long as these two indicators are the same, it is okay to put sensors from different manufacturers together.
