The pull load cell has two different installation forms.

The first is the installation form of a fixed base sensor. The sensor is placed in three fixed posts during installation. Therefore, it is required to be used in occasions where the temperature change range is not large. Its advantage is that it can improve the stability of the scale body and is convenient to install and debug. When installing the load cell, you should also pay attention to:

1. In order to prevent large current from flowing through the sensor, a short-circuit piece should be installed between the sensors to prevent accidental high current from flowing and burning it. Even so, it is better to remove the pressure sensor when welding is required, and install the load cell after a few tasks.

2. Moving parts such as balls should keep sliding freely, and there should be no jamming, corrosion, etc.

3. The indenter should be made of 20mm thick chromium steel. The bottom surface of the indenter should be processed into a circular arc, and its radius should be more than 3 times the radius of the sensor dome, and it should be heat treated to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixing plate shall be made of No. 45 steel, its thickness shall not be less than 20mm, and the levelness during installation shall not exceed 0.5 degrees.

The second is the installation form of the ball-type base sensor, which is placed on the bottom plate with a concave notch during installation. The advantages are:

1. When the scale body or other equipment expands and contracts due to the influence of temperature and deviates from the center line of the force, it can be used for horizontal displacement positioning, and its displacement is within ±5mm. Therefore, the load cell can accept vertical force under any circumstances to ensure weighing accuracy.

2. Zero temperature drift is an important parameter that determines the quality of strain gauge sensors, and it is also an important basis for temperature compensation. Therefore, in the production process of strain gauge load cells, it is necessary to measure the zero point output of the sensor at different temperatures, analyze and calculate the measurement results at different temperatures, and perform temperature compensation based on the calculation results, while eliminating excessive zero temperature drift. Qualified load cell.

3. The inspection system is mainly divided into two parts: the main control board and the test board. The test board automatically inspects the zero output signal of the connected load cell and sends the measurement results to the main control board. Each main control board can be connected to 128 detection boards at a time, so the system can inspect 4096 load cells at the same time.
