1. Structure and environment
We can choose the load cell according to the structure of the weighing instrument and the environment in which it is used. If you want to produce a low-profile weighing instrument, the suspension beam type is generally used. If the shape of the weighing instrument is not strict, the column type can be used. If the environment is humid and there is a lot of dust, you should choose a sealed type; if you are in an explosive environment, you should choose a safe type; if you are in a high temperature environment, you should choose a load cell with a water cooling jacket; if you are in a cold area Choose a sensor with a heating device.
2. The size of the measuring range
The closer the weighing value of the weighing system is to the rated capacity of the sensor, the higher the accuracy of its weighing. Therefore, the sensor range can be selected according to the maximum weighing value of the weighing system.
3. Precision selection
Accuracy is an important performance index of the load cell, and it is an important link related to the entire measurement system. The higher the accuracy of the load cell, the higher the price, so as long as the accuracy level of the load cell can meet the requirements of the weighing system.
4. Sensitivity
The higher the sensitivity, the larger the output signal value corresponding to the measured value, which is beneficial to signal processing. But when the sensitivity is high, the external noise that has nothing to do with the measurement will also be amplified and affect the measurement accuracy. Therefore, it is required that the sensor itself should have a higher signal-to-noise ratio and minimize the interference signal introduced from the outside world.
