Open the transmitter cover, there are five LED lights and four touch buttons in the lower left corner:
zero, full, state, select are zero point, gain, calibration point, and channel selection keys respectively. LED1, LED2, LED3, LED4, and LED5 are indicator lights in various states.
When powering on, LED1, LED2, and LED3 are all off, and LED4 and LED5 flash twice per second.
There are two calibration methods for the weight transmitter: five-point calibration and two-point calibration. The calibration method can be selected by the jumper on J5 of the short-circuit cap.
1. Five-point calibration method: (0, 25[%]FS, 50[%]FS, 75[%]FS, 100[%]FS five-point calibration must be complete)
First, select the J5 short-circuit cap to the standard position, and cycle through the select key to select the channel to be calibrated. The corresponding relationship between the indicator light and the calibration channel is as follows:

After selecting the calibration channel, you can start to calibrate each calibration point.
2. Zero calibration method:
Press the zero button (about 2S) and release the button when LED1 and LED3 are on. At this time, LED3 starts to flash twice per second to indicate that the zero point is being calibrated. When both LED1 and LED3 are off, it indicates that the zero point calibration is over.
3. Calibration method of each calibration point:
Press the full key (about 2S), release the key when LED3 is on, the indications of LED1 and LED2 indicate the current range calibration point, the relationship is as follows:
LED1=dark LED2=dark, indicating 25[%]FS calibration point
LED1=bright LED2=dark, indicating 50[%]FS calibration point
LED1=dark LED2=bright, indicating 75[%]FS calibration point
LED1=bright LED2=bright, indicating 100[%]FS calibration point
The calibration point can be selected by pressing the state key. After selecting the calibration point, press the full key again (about 0.5S) and release it. LED3 starts to flash twice per second, indicating that it is being calibrated. When LED3 stops blinking, it means that the calibration of the calibration point is over. Press the select key to turn off LED1, LED2, and LED3, LED4 and LED5 flash, and the weight transmitter enters the normal working state.
4. Two-point calibration method:
It is used when there is no weight or substitute with a range of 25[%], 50[%], 75[%] or 100[%] on site.
First select the channel to be calibrated, the operation method is the same as the five-point calibration method (note: at this time, the short-circuit cap of J5 should be selected in the alternative position).
5. Zero point calibration:
Press the zero button (about 2S) and release the button when LED1 and LED3 are on. At this time, LED3 starts to flash twice per second to indicate that the zero point is being calibrated. When both LED1 and LED3 are off, it indicates the end of zero point calibration. Place any substitute with a certain weight on the equipment, and the weight should be as close to the full scale as possible.
Long press the full button, release when LED1 and LED2 are on, press the zero button at this time, the displayed value decreases, press full

Bright and dark are fine, decrease and increase; dark and bright slowly, bright and fast, the key display value increases. Short press the state key to cycle selection and adjust the step size, the relationship is as follows:
1. After the displayed value is adjusted correctly, press the select key to make LED1, LED2, and LED3 all off, LED4 and LED5 flash, and the weight transmitter enters the normal working state. At this point, the calibration process is over.
