Matters needing attention when weighing module packaging

The daily use of weighing modules varies in size, so special care must be taken in packaging and transportation. Our company also has the problem that customers find that the packaging is damaged when they receive the goods. In fact, most of the reasons are due to the logistics and express companies inadvertently during the transportation. In order to ensure that every customer can receive the well-packaged and undamaged weighing module products, our staff will carefully package each product before shipment, and try to reduce the hazard to a minimum.

First, weighing modules with large dimensions, especially non-standard products. This is a very headache. Because each weighing module has an outlet hole, compared to the case of a large weighing module, if the weighing module is improperly packed, the outlet of the weighing module is damaged first. It must be returned to the factory for repair after damage, so this is quite troublesome. When we pack, we must choose solid cartons, and we can choose wooden boxes if necessary. Choose harder plastic foam for internal filling. Fix the weighing module in the filling. It is better that the weighing module does not shake when it reaches the swing packaging shell.

Second, weighing modules with small dimensions are generally packed in small packaging boxes. There is a foil in the packaging box that meets the appearance characteristics of the weighing module. In this case, the weighing module is generally not easily damaged during transportation, so we only need to add a large carton to send it out.

Third, if the distance is long and the weight of the weighing module is large, a packing belt should be attached to the outer packing box of the weighing module, so that it is foolproof.
