Use load cell to measure module to avoid incorrect load

In most cases, the use of appropriate mounting parts can avoid incorrect loading. The load cell and the mounting parts together form a complex functional unit, the weighing module of the load cell, and the pre-assembled weighing module can be installed immediately. Put into use on site without any additional measures.
  
According to its type and operation mode, the weighing module may include the following components:
  
Upper mounting plate and lower mounting plate are used to fix on the base or other bracket or upper structure
  
Load application and output to load cell
  
In the case of lateral force generated by the swing bearing, return to the original position
  
Use elastomer bearings to dampen vibration or dynamic loading
  
Limit the lateral force through the horizontal rod
  
Anti-lift device, unload the module at the same time
  
Note: Not all weighing modules of load cells contain all the specified components. To some extent, they cannot be modified at will!
